At Manzil Scents, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Each product is selected and packaged with meticulous care to ensure a luxurious experience. However, due to the nature of our curated fragrance collections and parallel-import process, our refund and exchange terms are outlined as follows:

🔄 1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or defective items upon arrival (e.g., broken bottles, leaking product, or significant packaging damage)

  • Incorrect product received, differing from what was ordered

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Email: manzil.scents@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item in question.

  3. Ensure the product remains unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging.

Please note: Due to hygiene and fragrance preservation, we do not accept returns for opened or used items, or for reasons related to personal scent preference or longevity.

🚫 2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used fragrances

  • Products with minor packaging imperfections (scratches, faded labels, soft corners) unless they impair product usage

  • Parallel imports purchased with full transparency regarding possible packaging or scent variation

  • ​

💰 3. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • ​

📦 4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return courier cost unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of return parcels without tracking.

🛑 5. No Refunds for Parallel Imports Due to:

  • Scent longevity variations

  • Vintage or international recipe differences

  • Packaging changes or age of circulation

  • Price expectations vs. retail-store comparisons
